 Still working on the Fischer Homes, Polo Fields project. Should be finished this weekend. What you see in the photo is a lower, smaller deck that comes off the basement door wit a small set steps that will go down to grade on the other side of this deck. The larger set of steps proceeds up to a very large deck area where 16' of that space will have screen paneled enclosures, and a roof. The Trex composite decking is Madeira color, and will have an American Aluminum Series railing system is Black.
