 This is a treated lumber deck we just completed constructing this past week. This outdoor space is 480 square feet. The deck area that comes off the kitchen door to the right rear of the home is a 14' x 20' space. The deck then proceeds to the left rear of the home, and off the bedroom double doors, is a 5' x 27' space with a balcony design. A large set of steps goes down to a landing, with another small set of steps that goes down into the area underneath the deck.
