Lots of demo work yesterday on this new project.  Now, we have a ton of dirt to move out.  In the area you see being dug out, there will be a storage/shed garage type structure that will be under the new deck.  It will be big enough to house a small car of the homeowner's.  The new deck will be Azek http://www.azek.com/ , and the new sunroom will be built using the Eze-Breeze vertical 4-track window system
