This is the completed project for these customers.  Love the wide open space, and the gable roof for those rainy days.  Details are below:

-  40'4" x 18' deck,  with a 20' x 4' bumpout and steps to grade. 
-  Deck elevation is 96" above ground, and 680 square foot of space
-  Azek PVC Decking in the Acacia color used for the picture frame, perimeter border,
    fascia around the outside perimeter of deck, and the riser fascia.
-  Azek PVC Decking in the Silver Oak color used for the main deck floor space.  
-  American Aluminum Railing in the classic black , heavy gauged installed
-  Roof over deck is 14' x 15' with a 1' overhang on 3 sides
-  Shingles, seamless gutters, and all trim to match that of house
-  Wrapped 6x6 posts with matching trim
-  Finished beadboard ceiling
-  Ceiling fan and can lights in the ceiling
