Fiberon Deck w/Aluminum Railing - Lebanon Ohio area

Finished up this Fiberon deck yesterday.  We did not construct this roof, patio, or retainer wall.  When the Fischer Homes' home building crew got to the deck point, we came in and installed this deck for the homeowner.  The deck details are below:

• 14' x18' deck with 252 square feet of space including steps, and landing
  
• Both decking and fascia are Fiberon  in the Ipe' color
  
• All framing members are Southern Yellow Pine #1 
• American Aluminum railing  in the Bronze color
• *Personal Note  - I do like the windows they installed in this home :)
