This is a 10' x 12' deck at the screened porch, with 3 steps down to a 10'-8" x 5'-10" deck with 3 steps down to pool level. 251 square foot of space, and just enough to sit out there and enjoy some coffee or tea. Classic black American Aluminum railing has been installed between each Cumaru post, which really gives the deck a nice finished look. Brazilian Teak is very similar to Ipe' but actually a harder, more dense hardwood. The customer chose a beautiful stain which captures the beautiful red and brown hues in the wood grain.
