 Just began work on this 12'x 32'9" deck with a 4x4 landing with steps down to grade. Total square footage will be 450 square feet with a 12'x12' screen enclosed, 3 season room with a single 36' wide door. All screeened panels will be from floor to ceiling using Screeneze Aluminum frames with no seeums fiberglass screen. Azek PVC decking will be brownstone in Color with a picture frame around the perimeter of the deck in the darker Kona color. Timbertech Radiance rail in the traditional walnut color will be installed as well, and and installed on the inside of the enlcosed room. 1x6 pine Tongue and Groove boards will be installed on the ceiling with 2 coats of clear coating sealant, and the exterior trim of the room will be painted white to match the exterior of the home.
