    Just completed this 12' x 26'8" Azek PVC deck with black aluminum railing. Total square footage of deck with landing and steps is 304 suare feet, with the highest elevation being 14" above grade. All framing members are Southern Yellow pine #1. Azek PVC decking in the Brownstone color, and Azek PVC in the Acacia color used for the picture frame border around the perimeter of the deck, the house step, the landing pathway, and the set of steps leading up to the gazebo. Azek PVC fascia is installed on all exterior rim joists. Hidden fastener system was used to construct the deck, and the 5/4x6 decking boards were installed in a diagonal pattern to the home. Amercan Aluminum railings were installed on the inside of the deck for a more finished look, and black in color. Love the color scheme of this deck, and the black railings add a classy touch.
