Azek Covered Deck w/Aluminum Railing, West Chester-Cincinnati OH area 

Recently completed this 21' x 19' main deck with steps to grade, and an attached 6' x 6' side deck with steps to grade.   488 total square feet of space.  Please see details below: 

• Azek Harvest Collection in the Brownstone was chose as the main deck floor, and stair riser color.  
• Azek Vintage Collection in the Mahogany was installed as the accent color for the perimeter border, fascia, vertical skirting and stair tread color.  
• American Aluminum railing in classic black was installed on the deck surface, and down each set of steps
• Aurora LED recessed low voltage lighting was installed per step riser
• 4, 8"x 8"smooth square fiberglass columns were installed with a recessed profile, with a decorative base and cap, white in color. 
• 1" x 4" pine, T & G, bead board ceiling -  polyurethane coated.  Exterior and interior gables are 1x primed and painted cedar trim.  All soffits were finished with ventilated vinyl, and we installed 4, recessed can lights with exterior lenses in the ceiling.
• We squared off the existing bay window, and installed new Andersen French Gliding Door.   Created new  storage areas beside and over the new door.  
• We also created a new stand alone wall on the left side, 6' from the house.  Finished with 1x primed and painted cedar trim, and full brick on exterior side.
