![]() Finished with this Liberty Township project. The top deck that comes off the kitchen door is a 16'6" x 12' space, with a set of 8, 4' wide steps that proceed down to grade. Off that top deck are 2, 4' wide steps that stepdown to a larger, 11' x 22'6" space, with an octagon shaped bumpout on the far end of the deck for a grilling area. The decking boards on the lower deck have been installed perpendicualr to the home, with the top deck boards installed parallel with the home. Gives it a nice contrast. All decking material was purchased at McCabe Lumber through our salesman, Rick Wedding. The top 4' x 4' landing proceeds down a large set of steps onto another 4' x 4' landing which gives access to the bottom 10' x 12' deck. Another set of steps off the bottom deck goes down to grade underneath the top deck.
