This Fischer Homes, Polo Fields project is almost complete. The 3-season room on the top deck still needs the screened panels, and some sections of railing still need to be installed. Tomorrow we will begin construction on an all treated lumber, irregular shaped deck out in Liberty Township. Keep checking for the photos of our completed projects, or check out buildingsupplyguy.com for our day by day construction of each and every deck we build. Still working on the Fischer Homes, Polo Fields project. Should be finished this weekend. What you see in the photo is a lower, smaller deck that comes off the basement door wit a small set steps that will go down to grade on the other side of this deck. The larger set of steps proceeds up to a very large deck area where 16' of that space will have screen paneled enclosures, and a roof. The Trex composite decking is Madeira color, and will have an American Aluminum Series railing system is Black. Keep checking back for the finished project, or check out building supplyguy.com for our day by day construction of this deck.
This is a treated lumber deck we just completed constructing this past week. This outdoor space is 480 square feet. The deck area that comes off the kitchen door to the right rear of the home is a 14' x 20' space. The deck then proceeds to the left rear of the home, and off the bedroom double doors, is a 5' x 27' space with a balcony design. A large set of steps goes down to a landing, with another small set of steps that goes down into the area underneath the deck. All treated lumber decking materials you see here were purchased at McCabe Lumber. Go visit our salesman, Rick Wedding and let him help you pick out your deck materials, then call us for a free estimate. Check out buildingsupplyguy.com for our day to day construction of our current projects.
I love this Timbertech deck! Please read below for the details regarding this 2-tier, Earthwood Evolutions composite deck, then give us a call!
Thomas Decks was asked to assist in the completion of this deck due to an unfortunate accident involving the homeowner. This is a Timbertech Earthwood Evolutions composite deck. The larger areas are inlaid with Pacific Teak color, and Pacific Walnut framing the entire perimeter of the 2 decks. There is a 16'x20' deck with one step down to a 9'x20' deck with 2 steps proceeding down into the yard. American aluminum railing in the bronze color encompasses the larger, top deck, with leaving the smaller, lower deck with an open patio feel.
