Partially Covered Wood Deck - Fort Thomas KY area - Completion Photos

I'm loving this covered deck! The homeowners had a great vision of how they wanted this deck to sit nestled against their home, and it worked great. Project details below:

Total size of covered, uncovered deck and including steps is 508 sq ft.
All framing members, decking and steps material was Southern Yellow Pine #1
The roof is 13' x 14' with a 1' overhang on 3 sides, and sloped with a low pitch due to second floor windows.
4x4 intermediate supports in order to frame for the Screen-Eze system white in color
Interior finished ceiling is 1x4 pine bead board with clear coat
6x6 posts, 4x4 posts and base board wrapped with lp smartside trim, primed and painted.
Exterior matches the existing side of home
2 Anderson doors with full screen and white
Keylink Aluminum railing installed on inside of room and around the perimeter of the deck - black in color
Electric provided for can lighting and a ceiling fan

Appreciate those that keep checking back for our finished projects. We are slow and methodical because we want to build it right, and never want to be accused of being a "McDecks" establishment. We won't sling them out for the sake of volume, so yours and the customer's patience is very much appreciated. Next on the list is a Cumaru covered deck, and an Ipe' Eze-Breeze sunroom.
