BeforeAfterWe finished up the framing for this customer's deck. Mr. H. decided to install his own decking, and he has learned 3 things:
1. Hidden fasteners can be a pain. 2. The price of skilled labor is well worth the cost. 3. His back hurts. We did stop by to give him some pointers on cuts for the picture framing. He chose the Timbertech Tigerwood and Mocha as his decking materials, and we will be dropping off the aluminum railing next week. He did a good job on the deck boards, and is going to attempt the do the steps himself. Keep at it Mr. H. Looking good! Keep checking back! Just a bit more work to do with the framing, then we're out of here. Homeowner will be installing his own Timbertech decking boards.
Almost finished with this project. Just waiting for the brake metal/gutter crew. I do have to say that I'm loving the ceiling material we're using now. Check out http://www.woodtone.com/products/RealWood/paneling, Easy to work with, and the end result is beautiful. Will post completed project photos soon!
Got the decking installed, and now we're down to the Screen-Eze system, doors, and railing. Keep checking back for the finished project.
