This is a 10' x 12' deck at the screened porch, with 3 steps down to a 10'-8" x 5'-10" deck with 3 steps down to pool level. 251 square foot of space, and just enough to sit out there and enjoy some coffee or tea. Classic black American Aluminum railing has been installed between each Cumaru post, which really gives the deck a nice finished look. Brazilian Teak is very similar to Ipe' but actually a harder, more dense hardwood. The customer chose a beautiful stain which captures the beautiful red and brown hues in the wood grain. Recently completed this 18' x 18' deck with one set of steps down to grade. The customers chose Ipe' (Brazilian Redwood) as their decking material, with a classic black Timbertech railing system. We also installed black Aurora post caps with LED lights, and black, rectangle Corona LED riser lights as well. We spliced down the middle of the deck for added support, and installed a picture frame border around the perimeter of the deck. Please give us a call for your new deck!
This swimming pool deck offers 602 of square foot space, and was built to be an extension of the homeowner's existing deck. Southern Yellow pine #1 was used for the framing, decking, and railing. Black aluminum round balusters were installed with the railing. We also constructed and installed 3 standard sized gates for the upper deck and pool area. Horizontal skirting was installed between the lower pool deck and the upper deck for a more clean finished look. There's still time to give us a call for your free deck estimate.
We recently finished this cedar pergola, and this is beautiful, if I do say so myself. We used 8 x 8 posts, 6 x 12 beams. 2 x 8 rafters. The over all size is 24' x 20' with decorative ends on the beams. That view of that lake, with a good cup of coffee can't be beat. Please keep checking back as we have quite a few Brazilian wood decks coming up. Give us a call for your free estimate!
This is a deck that we built this past year, and the customers chose to add skirting this Spring. Instead of the typical lattice skirting, they opted for wood, installed horizontally under their deck. Also, we didn't install it flush with the out perimeter of the deck. We inset the skirting to give it another dimension, and also installed 2 access doors for ease of entry underneath their deck. We can add this skirting to your existing deck as well. Just give us a call, and we can discuss your plans with you!
Sometimes, we decide to go for a indoor project, and these cabinets were our latest adventure. These homeowners had no pantry space, so we added a small wall to the divider wall already in place. This provided an area to install shelving recessed into that space, then add cabinet doors. The cabinet doors are a raised panel door, with stainless steel handles. The customers chose a deep, barn red for the color which turned out very nice, and provided an eye catching finished look. A new respect for cabinet builders.
