Before I say anything about our current project, let me address our last two decks. I receive quite a few calls asking if we've completed them, and where is the finished project photos. I do appreciate the interest, but we work from morning to dark, and it takes a bit to get back out to these finished projects to grab some pics. So, please bear with me, and I will get you and myself caught up :)
This current project is Ipe' all the way...the covered Eze-Breeze window room, the uncovered deck, and the front porch. Please keep checking back for this finished product and our future decks.
Will be back soon with completion photos. We still need to install the lighting, and a few other finishing touches. Keep checking back for our other upcoming projects.
I'm loving this covered deck! The homeowners had a great vision of how they wanted this deck to sit nestled against their home, and it worked great. Project details below:
We finished up the framing for this customer's deck. Mr. H. decided to install his own decking, and he has learned 3 things:
1. Hidden fasteners can be a pain.
2. The price of skilled labor is well worth the cost.
3. His back hurts.
We did stop by to give him some pointers on cuts for the picture framing. He chose the Timbertech Tigerwood and Mocha as his decking materials, and we will be dropping off the aluminum railing next week. He did a good job on the deck boards, and is going to attempt the do the steps himself. Keep at it Mr. H. Looking good!
Keep checking back!
Just a bit more work to do with the framing, then we're out of here. Homeowner will be installing his own Timbertech decking boards.
